Almeda B. Crouse Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Almeda B. Crouse (New Freedom, Pennsylvania), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 17, 2025 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jennings Mellinger and Ida Mellinger (Markel); and her son Robert L. Crouse, Jr.. She is survived by: her grandson Robert L. Crouse III (Catherine); her great grandchildren, Henry and Caroline Crouse; her nieces and nephews, Barbara Saylor, Beverly Hershner, Bonnie Wisner, Arthur Mellinger, Jr. and Robert Mellinger; and her sister-in-law Sheila Myers.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Almeda's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital for the benefit of lifesaving treatments for the toughest pediatric cases.
