With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carole Carter of New Freedom, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 27, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her grandson Timothy Carter; her parents, Ruth Marie Hamer and Willliam Hamer Sr. of Highlandtown, MD; and her siblings, William Hamer Jr. of Jacksonville, MD and Lillian Martin of Houston Texas.
She is survived by : her husband Joseph John Carter, III; her children, Gregory Carter, Cindy-Beth Carter, Eric Carter and Amanda Rosier; her grandchildren, Nicholas Carter, Jay Cummings, Tabitha Carter, Zackary Carter, Nathaniel Rosier and Austin Rosier; and her great grandchildren, Zack Carter, Jackson Carter, Braydon Carter and Oaklee Palmer.
