He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy Carole Carter; and his grandson Timothy Carter. He is survived by: his children, Gregory Carter (Brenda) of Hilton Head, Cindy Carter of Pikesville, Maryland, Eric Carter (Rachel) of Glen Rock, Pennsylvania and Amanda Rosier (Jeffrey) of New Freedom, Pennsylvania.. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
