She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Thomas Cole and Pearl M. (Fishpaw); her husband Michael J. Simms, Sr.; and her son John T. Simms. She is survived by: her children, Michael J. Simms, Jr. and Jeanette K. Scott. She is also survived by her 4 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
