She is survived by: her children, Karen Usner (Ronald), Bunnie Iannacone (Jamie), Terry Hackett and Patricia Pfautz (Barry); her grandchildren, Ryan Pfautz (Erin), Amber Fultz (Jeremy) and Matthew Iannacone; and her great grandchildren, Lucas, Nora and Lyla.
