He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis E. Fox and Vera Fox (Wise); his son Marvin L. Fox; and his sisters, Mary Jane Fox, Anna Zook, Ella Newswanger and Sarah Zimmerman.

He is survived by: his spouse A. Fay Fox (Weaver); his children, Brenda M. Stauffer (Tim) of Ephrata, Robert "Bob" D. Fox (Ruthie), Kathy Martin (Cliff) of New Holland and Julie Zimmerman (Dennis) of Denver; and his siblings, Willis W. Fox (Rose) of New Holland and Janet Hartranft (John) of Nokomis, FL.. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and twenty-two great grandchildren.
