Appleyard; his siblings, Linda (Frank Tallyen) of Windber, PA and Dennis (Jill Appleyard) of Chambersburg, PA; and his sister-in-law Cindy (Dave Culp) of Cornwall, PA.. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
