He was predeceased by: his parents, William W. Middleton and Margaret Middleton (McConkey) of Etowah; and his sister June Mendenhall of Etowah, TN.. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Middleton (Burkett); his children, Michael A. Middleton (Lynn A. Middleton) of Lancaster and Michelle R. Gehr (Glenn E. Gehr) of East Earl; his brother Robert G. of Oak Ridge, TN; his half-brother Hugh W. of McCaysville, GA; his grandchildren, Kyla Eby (Carter Eby), Gunner Gehr (Marjory) and Garrett Gehr; and his great grandchildren, Alaya, Teo and Kora.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for memorial contributions in Bill's name to be given to Hospice and Community Care, 685 Good Drive, Lancaster PA 17601 or to the American Legion Post 662 of New Holland.
