He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy K. Messner and Emma H. Messner (Good); his grandson Angelli Brown; and his siblings, John Messner, Earl Messner, Leroy Messner, Richard Messner and Mary Elizabeth Messner.
He is survived by: his children, Jean Lorraine Hoffman (Douglas Hoffman) of Burlington, VT, Wilmer E. Messner, Jr. (Ann) of Bainbridge and Annetta Ravegum of New Holland; and his siblings, Lester Messner, Rachel Messner and Barry Messner. He is also survived by five grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Trinity E. C. Church (110 E Main St, East Earl, PA 17557). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Trinity Ec Church (110 E Main St, East Earl, PA 17519). A burial will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Terre Hill Cemetery.
