She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Hemingway and Margaret Hemingway; her husband Robert Holmquist, Sr.; and her children, Robert Holmquist Jr. and Sarah "Sally" Holmquist.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Holmquist, Nancy Holmquist Kuhnel and Christine Hafner; and her children-in-law, Frank Kuhnel, Brian Hafner and Linda Holmquist. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 2 granddaughters- in- law and 4 great grandchildren.
