He is survived by: his wife Beverly Faulkner Okulicz; his children, Claudia Okulicz Fahey (Travis) and Christian Okulicz; his sister Karen Okulicz; and his stepchildren, Geoffrey Houser (Lauren), Stephanie Houser DiMeo (Michael) and Kristen Houser Reuter (Jamie). He is also survived by grandchildren; and many dear friends.
