He was predeceased by: his parents, John Albert and Alice; and his sister Alice Bolton (William). He is survived by: his wife Kathi; his children, Kevin, Steven (Robyn), Daniel and Sharon Hayden (Thomas); his nieces, Darlene Stamper (Kevin) and Brenda Steadman (Timothy); and his nephew William Bolton. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
