He was predeceased by: his parents, William Venter and Theresa Venter; and his siblings, Robert, William II, Raymond and Carolyn.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Mulkerin Venter; his children, Marcie Venter-Lang (Naji) and Erin Venter Fox (Steve); his grandchildren, Lily and Emmie Fox; and his sister Barbara Jean Howard. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
