He was predeceased by : his parents, George C. McAtee and Eileen Kline McAtee; his wife JoAnne McAtee; and his son Kenneth Shick. He is survived by : his children, Keith L. Shick of North Carolina, Sherry L. Smith (Jeffrey) of Latrobe, Robin L. Baltus (Neil) of Phoenixville, PA. and Brian R. Shick (Traci) of North Carolina; and his siblings, Patrick G. McAtee (Lillian) of New Kensington and Sandy Hobbs of Florida. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, ten great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations made in his name to Lazarus Tomb Coffeehouse, 1821 5th Ave. Arnold, PA 15068.
