He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Lucas and Margaret Lucas (Kerr); and his brother Frederick Lucas. He is survived by: his wife Betty Lucas (Fyock); his siblings, Matthew J. Lucas (Melanie) and Betty Ann LoGreco (Jim); his children, Frederick R. Lucas and Deborah McClurg (Lucas); his grandchildren, Robert F. Lucas, John D. Lucas and Samantha McClurg (Scott Kachurik); and his great grandchildren, Lucas Kachurik and Andrew Kachurik.
