He was predeceased by: his father William Charles. He is survived by: his wife Freda Arlene (Helman); his children, Jonnetta Flinn (Jeremy) and Erik Elk; his grandchildren, Ericka Elk, Kahn Holliday, Montanna Holliday, Kymeil Jones and Nikyah Jones; and his brother Richard A. Elk. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
In lieu of giving flowers, the family asks that those who are able donate in memory of Mr. Elk to his favorite charity: St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or memorial cards to the family.
