He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Dougherty and Marie Dougherty (Mallon); and his wife Carol Dougherty (O'Connor). He is survived by: his daughter Dr. Danielle Halter Dougherty of League City, TX; and his granddaughter Carolyn E. Halter.
