She was predeceased by: her husband Rolland J. Hawk; her daughter Cindy Hawk; and her grandson John Hawk. She is survived by: her sons, Rick Hawk (Vanessa), Ron Hawk (Kelli) and David Hawk (Michelle); her grandchildren, Mike (Krissy), Matt, Mandi (Tony), Richie (Lori), Ryan (Stacey), Allison (Nick), Carissa (Chris), Natasha (Joe), Courtney (Gary), Jared and Devin (Rachel); her siblings, Delores Goff and Richard Button (Sandy); and her sister-in-law Maybelle (Doug Graves). She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
