He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy L. Kepner and Tressie Kepner (Kump); and his siblings, Lawrence, Luther, Glenn Kepner, Esther Kemper, Blanche Koontz, Mildred Shindledecker, Dorothy Slonaker, Charlotte Byers and Kathryn Lewis.
He is survived by: his wife Elsie Kepner (Decker); his children, Gregory Kepner (Mary Griffin) of York Springs, Karen Rabine (Robert) and Tania Kepner of New Oxford; his grandchildren, Jennifer Reichart and Benjamin Rabine; and his great grandchildren, Sadie Reichart, Hannah Kling and Logan Reichart. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
