He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward L. Weaver and Ellen C. Weaver (Todt); his son Michael T. Weaver; his granddaughter Carrie Weaver; and his siblings, Louis, Bernard Weaver, Sare Little, Elsie Staub and Mildred Little.
He is survived by: his daughters, Barbara A. Klinedinst (Tom) of New Oxford and Debra J. Biles (Chris) of York Springs; his grandchildren, Jonathan Klinedinst and Kelly Weaver; and his great grandchildren, Kam Weaver, Tyler Klinedinst and Hunter Klinedinst. He is also survived by friends and neighbors.
