She was predeceased by: her husband James P. Tully; her parents, Kathleen Heiner and Norman Heiner; her grandparents, Nellie and Harvey Martin; and her sisters, Nancy Eltz and Norma Alwine.
She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah J. Danner (Bryan), Lisa M. Kaiser (Pete) and New Oxford; and her brother Barron Heiner of Westminster, MD. She is also survived by two grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
