She was predeceased by: her parents, John E. Watts and Edna I. Watts (Vaughn). She is survived by: her husband Mike; her children, Zeal Hinkle, William Hinkle, Angel Grogan and Brian Smith; and her brothers, Leroy Watts, Robert Watts and Calvin Watts. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren.
