Monn of Front Royal, VA and Dianemarie E. Monn of Pasadena, MD; his grandchildren, Mac, Abby, Darell and Vinnie; his former wife Marie K. Monn of Glen Burnie, MD; his brothers, Jacob A. Monn, Jr. and Greg Monn; and his stepfather Richard Billig of Biglerville.
