He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry W. Stambaugh and Kathleen A. Stambaugh (Groft). He is survived by: his wife Karen K. Stambaugh (Beard); his children, Timothy A. Stambaugh, Brenda A. Stambaugh of Aspers and Leroy E. Stambaugh of New Oxford; and his brothers, Donald, Jim, Dennis and William Stambaugh. He is also survived by three grandchildren, three great grandchildren.
