She is survived by: her husband Clair L. Hoover, Sr.; her children, Clair Hoover, Jr. (Bonnie) of Manheim, Ruthie Moyer (Kevin) of Montana, Joy Fellenbaum (Kevin) of Columbia and Lamar Hoover (Andrea) of Middletown; and her brother Paul Martin of Ohio. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
