He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton W. Sr. and Mary E. Seibert (Wright); and his wife Dolly A. (Wolfe). He is survived by: his children, Debra Waltman of New Oxford, PA, Sandra Burke of Wellington, FL, Janet Rosenberger of Fleetwood, PA and Michael Seibert of Carlisle, PA; and his siblings, Kenneth Seibert, Paul Seibert, Shirley Hackenburg and Carolyn Madaria. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
