He is survived by: his wife Doris Elaine McDowell (Ruhl); his children, Michael McDowell and Tomi Ream (Douglas); his grandchildren, Caitlin Baublitz, Owen McDowell and Derek Ream; and his siblings, Doris King and Norman King. He is also survived by numerous Nieces and Nephews.
