He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Philip George and Anna Keenan (Kelly); his wife Vivian Keenan (David); his siblings, Annamay Evans, Patricia Pullich, William and Philip Keenan; his children, Valerie K. Reinhardt (Scott), Lisa Mancini (Bob) and David B. Keenan (Beth); his brother Joseph "Donny" Keenan; and his grandchildren, Caroline, Madeline, Aislinn, Trevor, Troy, Juliette and Baylee. He was also cherished by loving uncle to his many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Dooley Funeral Home (218 N Ave W, Cranford, NJ 07016). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Michael's Roman Catholic Church (40 Alden St, Cranford, NJ 07016). A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at the Fairview Cemetery (1100 E Broad St, Westfield, NJ 07090).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Francis's name to Melmark Adult Programs, 2600 Wayland Rd., Berwyn, PA 19312 or Pennsylvania Youth Theatre, 2020 Worthington Avenue, Bethlehem, PA 18017.
