She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley J. Hadesty and Kathryn Hadesty (Follweiler); her husband Leo Lesisko; and her siblings, David, James, Donald, Raymond, Alfred, Thomas Hadesty, Marie Howells and Eleanor Hadesty.
She is survived by: her sons, Thomas (Christine) of New Ringgold, Lee (Jennifer) of Kresgeville and Jon (Michelle) of Hebron, Connecticut; her granddaughters, Noelle Stidham (Jay) and Sarah Hollenbach (Nick); her great grandchildren, Matthew, Eli, Emma and Marlee; and her brother Richard Hadesty of Tamaqua. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
