She is survived by: her parents, William Lombardo and Beatrice "Joan" Ramsey; her brother William Lombardo of Lattimer; her children, Haley Lombardo of Tamaqua and David W Plummer of New Ringgold; and her grandson Isaac Sienkiewicz.
In lieu of flowers, the Plummer Family has requested for donations to the funeral expenses.
