She is survived by: her husband Anthony Kolek; her children, Melissa Davis (Jeffrey) of Brownsville, PA and Jason Kolek (Jennifer) of New Salem, PA; and her grandchildren, Jeffrey Jr. (Anna), Jacob, Kylie and Aubree.
