He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph F. Kopacka and Helen Louise Kopacka; and his sister Loretta Kopacka Collins. He is survived by: his wife Melody Broadwater Kopacka; his daughters, Roxanne Kopacka of New Salem, Natalie Kozura (Ryan) of Unionville, VA and Kathleen Kopacka (Lucas) of Jacksonville, FL; his grandchildren, Nate Guty, Jake Kozura and Cole Kozura; and his siblings, Genevieve Jellick of Wrightstown, NJ, Joseph F. Kopacka (Becky) of New Salem and Sam Kopacka (Donna) of Jacksonville, FL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kish-Fabry Funeral Home (20 N Mill St, New Salem, PA 15468). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 8:00 PM at the same location.
