He is survived by: his wife Margaret A. Billig (Spair); his sons, Richard Billig (Cathy) of Orefield and Ryan Billig (Joanna) of New Tripoli; and his stepson Douglas P. Miller, Jr. (Jennifer) of Dover, DE. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
