He is survived by : his parents, Fridolin Thomas and Marilyn Lepsik Thomas of New Wilmington; his wife Shelly; his children, Joshua and Amberlyn; his sister Dr. Amanda Evans (Chad) of Harrisonburg; and his siblings-in-law, Betty Dailey of Harrisonburg, Gene, Kelly Miller (Jason) of Muncie and Danny. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
