He was predeceased by: his father Luther O. Steele. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy M. Steele (Diehl); his wife Cindy L. Steele (Biddle); and his siblings, James (Louise) of Lancaster and Linda Johnson (David) of Marysville, Tennessee.. He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, extended family.
