She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Wade and Mary Wade Heft (Daly); and her brother John. She is survived by: her spouse Patricia A. Van Kirk; and her sister Mary Alice Bortz (Donald) of Mohnton. She is also survived by three nieces and eight nephews.
