She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Hains and Helen Hains (Moyer); and her son Barry W. Spang. She is survived by: her husband Warren A. Spang; her daughters, Eileen B. Haldeman, Diane M. Spang and Denise R. Koser; and her brothers, Gordon Hains (Shirley) of Lebanon and Lynn Hains (Barbara) of Lebanon. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
