He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald H. Klimchak and Patricia O'Toole Klimchak. He is survived by: his siblings, Linda Klimchak, Joseph Klimchak, David Klimchak, Laura Foster and John Klimchak. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
