He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Hoover and Elizabeth Hoover (Martin). He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Rudy; his children, Cheyenne Hoover, Shawntai Marie Lin Sarver, Derringer Hoover and Dustin Heckert; and his siblings, Daniel Hoover, Jeffrey Hoover, Sobrenia Andrews and Brenda Hoover Kaiser. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
