He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Holtzman and Mary Gallagher Holtzman. He is survived by: his sister Phyllis Casey; his nieces and nephews, Kathleen Casey, Erin Kirk and Shawn Casey; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Marley, Liam Kirk, Luigi, Hazel Giacomucci, Luke and Derek Casey.
