She is survived by: her husband Nicholas; her children, Christian Cappello (Kristine) and Nicole McKelvey (Joe); her grandchildren, Shane, Sophia, Dylan and Kate; and her brother Joseph Saracino (RuthAnne).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Judy's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
