She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Canavan and Mary Canavan (Sheehan) of Newtown Square, PA.. She is survived by: her husband Joseph Ashton; her siblings, Patricia Beam, Nancy Morrison, Joseph Canavan, Patrick Canavan, Joanne Atkinson and John Canavan; her nephews, David Morrison and Patrick Canavan, Jr.; and her brothers-in-law, Walt Lion, Michael Atkinson and Jonathon Bailey. She is also survived by her extended family and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Mary Jo's memory would be appreciated to the American Legion Post 547, 233 Simpson Road, Ardmore, PA 19003.
