She was predeceased by: her son Stephen Kindness; and her brother Carl S. Vogel, II. She is survived by: her children, Katherine Kindness (Reed), George S. Kindness (Jeannine) and James L. Kindness (Dana); her grandchildren, Sean, Carl, Sarah, Andrew and Abby; her great grandchildren, Ian, Layla, Gaige and Arya; and her stepchildren, Susan, Ted, Frank, Jodie and Nancy.
