He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Harper and Willie Harper; and his brothers, David, Barry, Richard and Jimmy Harper.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Focht Harper; his children, Brian Harper (Lisa), Denine Harper (John Jones), David Harper (Laura), Cheryl McKenney (Bill) and Cindy Cooper (Sims); his grandchildren, Keondra, Keon, Jonathan, Britney, Tyler, Madyson, Luke, Kelicia, Charity, Simeon, Nathanial and Christopher; and his brother Ronald Harper. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Calvary Chapel of Philadelphia (13500 Philmont Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19116). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Washington Crossing National Cemetery (830 Highland Rd, Newtown, PA 18940).
