He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Harper and Willie Mae Harper; and his brothers, David, Barry, Richard and Jimmy Harper.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Focht Harper; his children, Brian Harper (Lisa), Denine Harper (John Jones), David Harper (Laura), Cheryl McKenney (Bill) and Cindy Cooper (Sims); his grandchildren, Keondra, Keon, Jonathan, Britney, Tyler, Madyson, Luke, Kelicia, Charity, Simeon, Nathanial and Christopher; his brother Ronald Harper; and his siblings-in-law, Elizabeth Johnston, Ella Focht, Tom Johnston and Jack Focht. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers donations to the VA Hospital in Lebanon PA, Calvary Chapel of Philadelphia, or Billy Graham Evangelistic Association Rape Response team would be appreciated.
