It is with sadness that the passing of Brenda M Murphy (Newtown, Pennsylvania) is shared. Brenda, born on September 23, 1939 in Malden, Massachusetts, passed away on September 22, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles MacDonald and Marguerite MacDonald. She is survived by: her children, Brenda Murphy, Susan Morgan (Robert), Ronald Murphy (Raymond), Margaret Murphy-Kaufman (Jay) and Diane Murphy; her grandchildren, Catherine Murphy, Elizabeth Morgan, Caroline Morgan, Allison Kaufman, Jenna Kaufman and Benjamin Kaufman; and her siblings, Ann McGuiggin (Raymond), Stephen MacDonald (Mary), Mary Modoono (William) and Patricia Otis (Allen).
A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Saint Andrew Catholic Church (81 Swamp Rd, Newtown, PA 18940). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 10:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the Washington Crossing National Cemetery (830 Highland Rd, Newtown, PA 18940).
