He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Smith and Joan Miller Smith; and his pet Noelle. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Zizza Smith; his daughter Danielle Zizza Christy (Rick); his grandchildren, Taylor and Dylan; his children, Chase and Shannon Smith; and his parents-in-law, Barbara Dodson Zizza and Carmen P. Zizza.
