He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton B. Parker and Grace B. Parker; and his sister Elizabeth "Betty" McNamara. He is survived by: his wife Louise; his children, Susan Louise Brandt (Doug), John Edgar Parker (Christina) and Nancy Lee McClung (Brett); his brothers, C. Stephen and John "Jack" Parker; his brother-in-law Jack McNamara; his grandchildren, Rebecca Tharpe, Chelsea Rooney (Vail), Christopher John Brandt (Ashley), Benn Cranmer Parker, Cal Brooks Parker, Jackson Lee Parker, Madison Lamb and Mackenzie Jones; and his great grandchildren, Remington Tharpe, Tatum Rooney and Parker Rooney. He is also survived by six nieces and nephews.
