He was predeceased by: his wife Elaine Wagner Quigley; his parents, William Quigley Sr. and Marie Hadfield Quigley; and his siblings, William Quigley, Jr., Joan Quigley Robinson Hildebrand, Erna Quigley Chilcutt and Lois Quigley Smietana.
He is survived by: his daughter Kathleen F. Quigley; his grandchildren, Joseph Muller, Mark Muller, Samantha Muller, Colleen Muller, Ryan Quigley and Connor Quigley; and his sisters, Ann Quigley Whitcomb and Marie Quigley Russo.
