German leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. German’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew German will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gloria Quiles (Ruiz) and Manuel Quiles. He is survived by: his wife Maria Quiles (Rosa); his children, Annette Quiles, Joseph Quiles, Michael Quiles, Gloria Quiles, Jose Martinez and Yessenia Martinez; and his sister Ziada Ortiz. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Swartz Givnish Funeral Home (323 Washington Ave, Newtown, PA 18940). A Mass will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Olde Church of St. Andrew Newtown, PA (135 S Sycamore St, Newtown, PA 18940).
