He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold J. Hartman, Sr. and Eleanor May Murray Hartman; and his brother Mark Hartman. He is survived by: his wife Jackie Tarczewski Hartman; his children, Amanda Whartenby (Mark), Kathryn McAtee (Joe) and Erich Hartman (Taylor); his sisters, Karen Mitchell (Steve) and Susan Sonntag (Craig); his sister-in-law Wendy Hartman; and his grandchildren, Grace, Andrew, Ian, Colin, Claire and Brendan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Northeast Catholic Alumni Association.
